Navigator is a first-of-its-kind platform in the US, featuring over 300 career-focused postsecondary programs in the Greater Boston and Central MA regions that lead to well-paying jobs.

Unlike other platforms, Navigator:

• Only includes programs that NextGen Talent has assessed as providing a good return on investment for students.

• Includes program-level acceptance, graduation, and employment rates, as well as information to demystify the admissions process. NextGen Talent researches and interviews each program to ensure that advisors and students have the information they need to make tactical postsecondary decisions.

• Provides detailed information on a wide variety of postsecondary programs to meet students’ diverse career interests including: technical programs such as an electrician apprenticeship or an associate degree in automotive technology; firefighter training programs; as well as professional programs such as a bachelor's degree in nursing or a combined BS/MS degree in occupational therapy.
